Comments, Questions, and Requests for Assistance
Making Ralph Engelstad Arena accessible friendly for our guests with disabilities is an ongoing commitment. In our efforts to improve accessibility we welcome all comments and suggestions. We are also happy to prepare for any needs you may need upon arrival at the arena. Contact either of our event managers below and they will make any special arrangements that you require while attending an event. Please direct comments, questions and requests to:
Guest Services Coordinator
Electrical outlets are available for recharging wheelchairs and other medical equipment. Please ask any Ralph Engelstad staff member for assistance.
Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted into Ralph Engelstad Arena and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Advance notice is preferred so that proper arrangements can be made for your arrival. This is best indicated to the box office upon purchasing tickets. If other special accommodations are required, please contact either event manager using the contact information at the beginning of this section.
Ralph Engelstad Arena is able to provide sign language interpreters for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for interpretive services must be made at least thirty days prior to an event.
Wheelchairs / Wheelchair Storage
If wheelchair storage is needed, a spot near the guest's seat will be found to the best of our ability. Wheelchair transfers are available at all gates by asking any guest services team member for assistance. REA has a limited number of wheelchairs on hand and they are first come, first serve. A driver's license, credit card or some other acceptable form of picture identification is required as a deposit.
