Service Animals

All certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome at the Ralph Engelstad Arena. All service animals are required to remain on a leash or harness at all times. If purchasing game tickets, please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required to accommodate your service animal. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.  All other pets or animals are allowed into the facility with prior permission from Ralph Engelstad Arena Management.

Sign Interpreters

Ralph Engelstad Arena is able to provide sign language interpreters for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for interpretive services must be made at least thirty days prior to an event.

Wheelchairs / Wheelchair Storage

If wheelchair storage is needed, a spot near the guest’s seat will be found to the best of our ability. Wheelchair transfers are available at all gates by asking any guest services team member for assistance. REA has a limited number of wheelchairs on hand and they are first come, first serve. A driver’s license or some other acceptable form of picture identification is required as a deposit.
