Simply put, our part-time workforce is a great group that works hard and has a fun time doing so. From high school and college students building their resume, to those looking for extra cash or just a fun job on the weekends, to semi and fully retired, we have a diverse group and a wide range of part-time job opportunities.
Friday night hockey games start at 7pm and Saturday games start at 6pm, so you'll be done with work with plenty of time to meet up with friends, watch your favorite shows or tuck your kids into bed.

Introduction
RE Arena, Inc. is always looking for good people, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports this, that new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are a more cost-effective recruit.
That's where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to RE Arena, Inc. and they meet the qualifications for an existing open position, it may be worth a $100 bonus added to your paycheck, if you refer them for employment and they are hired!
Refer applicants who meet the qualifications to Human Resources on REA’s application.
Who Is An Eligible Employee?
The Employee Referral Program is open to all part-time and full-time employees of RE Arena, Inc. Excludes the General Manger, CFO and HR positions.
How Do I Refer An External Applicant?
Have the applicant simply list the employees name on an application. The applicants you refer must have put your name on their application they submit to Human Resources. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date.
You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to Human Resources, who already works at RE Arena, Inc., or anyone who has worked here prior. This includes internships, part-time and full-time employees.
How Do I Get My Award?
If your applicant is hired you will be awarded $100 bonus on your paycheck after your applicant has received two pay stubs. You must be currently employed by RE Arena, Inc. to collect the award.

Human Resources reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified. RE Arena, Inc. may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.
In the event an applicant is referred from more than one source; for example, from two employees, the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral within Human Resources. Human Resources will inform the participating parties when such situations arise.
