Assisted Hearing Devices
Assisted hearing devices (Personal P.A.) are provided to guests for free on a first-come, first-served basis during events. To use an assisted hearing device, guests should visit the Guest Services Desk across from section 101 on the main concourse or ask a REA event staff member for assistance. In order to check out an assisted hearing device, guests must leave a valid photo ID at the Guest Services Desk. Upon the return of the assisted hearing device at the end of the event, the photo ID will be returned to the guest.

Making Ralph Engelstad Arena accessible friendly for our guests with disabilities is an ongoing commitment. In our efforts to improve accessibility we welcome all comments and suggestions. We are also happy to prepare for any needs you may need upon arrival at the arena. Electrical outlets are available for recharging wheelchairs and other medical equipment. Please ask any Ralph Engelstad staff member for assistance.
All certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome at the Ralph Engelstad Arena. All service animals are required to remain on a leash or harness at all times. If purchasing game tickets, please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required to accommodate your service animal. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. All other pets or animals are allowed into the facility with prior permission from Ralph Engelstad Arena Management only.
Ralph Engelstad Arena is able to provide sign language interpreters for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for interpretive services must be made at least thirty days prior to an event.
Wheelchairs / Wheelchair Storage
If wheelchair storage is needed during an event, a location near the guest’s section will be found to the best of our ability. Wheelchair transfers are available at all entrances by asking a REA event staff member for assistance. Wheelchairs are provided for free to guests on a first-come, first-served basis during events. In order to check out a wheelchair, guests must leave a valid photo ID at the Guest Services Desk. Upon the return of the wheelchair at the end of the event, the photo ID will be returned to the guest.
