2026-2027 50/50 RAFFLE RULES
Ralph Engelstad Arena Permit #G-0423 (343)
- Raffle tickets are 50 for $20.00. Tickets must be paid for with cash only. Checks, credit cards and debit cards will not be accepted. Questions about payment can be directed to 70777.6633.
- The value of the raffle prize is half of the total revenue collected during the raffle. Raffles conducted on Saturdays will have a minimum pot of $20,000. There is no age requirement or age restriction for this raffle.
- The winner will be picked by a random drawing during the event at Ralph Engelstad Arena. Ralph Engelstad Arena is located at 1 Ralph Engelstad Arena Drive, Grand Forks, ND 5820
- The prize must be claimed within five business days. The winner must show the original winning ticket stub in order to claim the prize. A check will then be issued to the winner within ten business days of claiming the prize.
- The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize, if applicable.
- The winner will need appropriate identification in order to claim the prize and the winner must sign all appropriate paperwork and documents before the prize will be mailed to them.
- The purchase of a 5050 raffle ticket is not a charitable donation.

- Revenue generated by the sale of raffle tickets will benefit RE Arena Inc., a non-profit entity that supports the University of North Dakota and the University of North Dakota Athletic Department.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets one individual can purchase.
- All full-time benefited employees of RE Arena, Inc., (dba Ralph Engelstad Arena) and administrators of the University of North Dakota Athletic Department are prohibited from winning 5050 raffle prizes.
- All sellers of 5050 raffle tickets are prohibited from winning the raffle prize for the event in which they are selling tickets.
