Donation Request

Ralph Engelstad Arena is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to financially providing for the University of North Dakota Department of Athletics and positively influencing the community. REA is asked to support many worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, due to the number of requests received, we are unable to accommodate all the requests that we receive. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation item, you must comply with the following guidelines.

•  The Ralph Engelstad Arena donation request form must be filled out in order for your request to be considered
• Requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the desired donation date
• We will respond to your request within 7 days of the receipt of your request
• Ralph Engelstad Arena reserves the right to refuse any donation request

Due to our affiliation with the University of North Dakota Department of Athletics, Ralph Engelstad Arena must also comply with NCAA Guidelines.
