Week 1 of North Dakota Summer Hockey camp will be held at Ralph Engelstad Arena July 16-20.  This camp will feature specialized drills and practices designed for kids in Mites, Squirt/ 10U Girls, Peewee/ 12U Girls, and Bantam/ High School Boys. Camp features include:

• 2.5 hours of on-ice practice, small area games, and full ice scrimmages
• High-tempo/ small groups will be emphasized during practices
• Plyometric/ quick foot emphasis during outdoor activities
• Friday "game day" (music/ announcing/ group pictures)
