Guest Services/Usher

As part of the Guest Service Team, ushers help guests locate their seats, provide directions and other venue event information, and verify credential access to stairwells and elevators.  Ushers operate elevators and monitor arena audiences while keeping watch for injuries, disorderly conduct, etc.  Ushers must possess excellent customer service skills and the physical ability to stand for a period of time.
